How many machines can I use?
Three activations per licence. That is designed to cover a studio machine, a laptop and a spare — not a facility.
How do I move a licence to a new machine?
Deactivate from within the app on the old machine, then activate on the new one. If the old machine is gone, write to us with your order reference and we will release the activation.
What if I lose the key?
Request a resend with the email address you bought with and the key comes straight back to you.

What is the return window?
Thirty days from purchase, on any title, without needing a reason. Digital goods are easy to refund and hard to un-sell someone on — we would rather you left happy.
How long does it take?
The refund is issued the same working day and lands back on the original card within your bank's usual window. Your licence is deactivated at the same time.
